Process one parent on premises at all times
Parenting, Discuss & recommend the need for parent to feel comfortable, i.e., discipline when necessary & appropriately, teaching children's manners, saying goodbye, to assist child setting up and in clearing up activities etc.
GIFTS: Refer to section on Parents agreements form. Discuss issue of gifts/pocket money.
FOOD: Discuss the fact that we encourage the Contact Parent to supply food and drink for lunch/snacks
Note: Inform parent of need to intervene if child or parent not being appropriate or if child is clearly upset contact may even need to be ceased and we reserve this right in the child's best interest. DISCUSS
