For all website, design, event, communications, advertising, print, photo and video requests. We can help you with your communications needs – even when you aren’t sure exactly what they are. We’ll work with you to decide what tactics best suit your goals and budget. And, since we are the central communications office for the college, we can leverage our resources to give you the best bang for your buck.

We do our best to prioritize each request. Please provide as much time as possible so that we may provide a high-quality product.

The due date is when all materials must be completed and ready for distribution. Design, web, and video projects require at least 2-4 weeks notice before the deadline. If submitting an early request, include the date when you need the final piece for distribution.

Please note that some types of requests require time. Video production/editing, printing, signage and campaigns will require enough advanced notice in order to complete the request. In addition, if we have a high volume of requests, we will prioritize based on date due AND when the request was submitted. We encourage you to submit requests as soon as possible.
