Director
Directors are in charge of running the committee as well as reporting to the secretariat on the progress of the committee. The director selects the topic and writes the majority of the background guides. During the conference, the director is in charge of making sure there is a good flow of debate and that the committee is successful. A director applicant should have a lot of previous MUN experience and must be prepared to take on a big work load as they have to write background guides as well as manage the rest of the Dais team.
Assistant Director
Assistant directors are responsible for aiding committee Directors in upholding proper Rules of Procedure, managing committee logistics, observing debate, and answering delegate questions.
Chair
The chair is in charge of maintaining order and running the proper MUN procedure during committee sessions especially during times where the director is busy reading over position papers or editing working papers. A chair applicant should be confident that they know MUN procedure and can maintain the order of a committee.
