  • Set-up New Admin Staff (PracSuite)

  • This module will cover how to set up a new administration/reception staff members Pracsuite account. 

  • Step 1: Set-up User

  • 1. Go to Settings > Users & Security > Users & Security

    2. Press Add (at the top of the page) 

    USER DETAILS

    3. Enter in the staff members personal email address, full name and display name, Display Name should be FIRST NAME INITIAL OF SURNAME. eg. Tori T

    OUTBOUND EMAIL

    4. Tick override email details and enter in the email address and send name of your location. (See picture below)

    SECURITY (Only complete for those who should not have access from home)

    5. Select the drop down arrow in the IP Barring selection and select 'Barr_Reception_Admin' 


    DATABASE ACCESS

    6. Select the drop down for 'Role' and select either Senior Admin or Reception.

    DATA ACCESS

    7. GENERAL = Full Access 

        REPORTS = Businesses (select your location)

        CLINICAL NOTES = Leave at full access 

    8. Press save

    9. Select send welcome email - advise the receptionist that they will receive and email to set up their account with a password and security questions. 

     

  • Step 2: Set-up 2 Factor Authentication

  • 10. On the staff members first day you will need to connect their account to the reception Pracsuite Token.

    11. Get the receptionist to log into Pracsuite using their username and password. In the 2 Factor Authentication option select 'Pracsuite Token'. Follow the prompts from here. The serial number is location on the back of the Pracsuite Token.
