Aukazi takes full responsibility to complete and manage pay or all the employees including source deductions and other goverment and taxation related documentation including workers compensation.

Hiring of employees on client payroll :

Since AUKAZI is a marketplace for temporary jobs, if there is a match to permanently place a worker, there will no fees or costs associated with the conversion.

AUKAZI would like to be advised for statistics and data purposes.

As with all job posting platforms, AUKAZI will not be able to remove the worker on the plateforme. Since workers have the ability to take jobs through the app, we will not be held responsible should a worker decide to take other jobs or shifts through the app.
