Picnic in the Park Stallholder Applications

Feast Festival is a not-for-profit organisation staffed by a very small team of committed professionals, governed by a voluntary Board, and supported by our generous and passionate volunteers. By participating as a Stallholder at Picnic in the Park, you are helping to ensure the longevity of our wonderful festival. As a Stallholder, you may showcase your products and services where you will be able to reach new audiences and raise awareness about your offerings. Feast Festival does have some commercial exclusivity contracts in place and reserves the right to decline registrations and refund any stalls who fall under this. If you have any concerns, please contact: office@feast.org.au 

Each Stallholder registration includes the following: 1 x 3mx3m Marquee, 1 x Trestle table, 2 Plastic chairs. PLEASE NOTE: Due to insurance risks, stallholders can no longer supply their own marquees.

Please use the form below to register a stall at Picnic in the Park on Sunday 5th November 2023. To register, you will need to complete the form in full, plus provide your Public Liability Insurance Certificate and make payment. The placement of stalls within the site will be determined by Feast staff once applications have closed and final stallholder numbers are confirmed. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)

Whilst we welcome all Stallholders to participate, the primary purpose is to connect our diverse audiences with community organisations, small businesses and service providers. Most stallholders provide free items and handouts to festival goers, and we encourage you to think creatively about what your stall can offer audiences. Food Vendor Applications have already closed. Please refer to below categories to see how your Stallholder Registration Fee will be calculated;

Operating for profit - registered company (ACN) Annual Revenue in excess of $1m. Examples: Hotels, Insurance Providers, Banks etc.

Annual Revenue of more than $10m. Examples include Local Council, State or Federal Government branches, Offices or Political parties, Local Council, State or Federal Government Agencies or Initiatives, National or International not-for-profit / Community Organisations, Educational Institutions

Annual Revenue between $1 and $9 million.

LGBTQIA+ social and community groups, health service not-for-profit / community organisations, Community theatre companies or sole traders/small businesses with Annual Revenue of less than $1m

This is a new category for 2023! Much like a market hall, we will have a large tent set up to showcase small local producers. Whether you sell earrings, plants or pronoun pins, you can now register to have your own table. To register a Makers table you must be either a hobbyist or have a small business with products to sell.

All organisations and small businesses with a valid ABN are required to have their own Public Liability Insurance and must provide a VALID Certificate of Insurance with cover of $20 million. If you are a Hobbyist, and are registering a makers table, you will be covered under Feast Festival's insurance policy.

PLEASE REMEMBER - submitting this application does not guarantee your stall at this event. You will be contacted directly by a Feast team member to confirm your attendance in November.  I agree to abide by the requirements of the Occupational Health, Safety, and Welfare Act 1986 as amended 15.8.2005. Please note Feast has a SMOKE FREE policy. All covered areas including marquees must be smoke free.
