Confidential Information. The Applicant shall not, during the term of this Agreement or at any time thereafter, make unauthorized use of, or divulge to any other person or entity the Company's Employer information, confidential or other information, whether or not marked as confidential or proprietary (the “Information”), as confidential and to not disclose, discuss or reveal such Information to a third party or on any social network platform without the prior written consent of the Agent/Consultant, unless required by applicable Law or order of a Government Authority to disclose any such Information. This Confidentiality Covenant shall apply to all information provided by the Company under this Agreement. At all times during the term of this Agreement, and after its termination, the Applicant shall take all reasonable precautions to protect the integrity of and shall refrain from any use or divulgence of the Company’s confidential information including, but not limited to: all files, resource information, records, documents, specifications, equipment, customer lists, and similar items relating to the business of the Company, or copies thereof, whether the originals or copies were prepared by Applicant or otherwise came into Applicant's possession. The confidential information described above shall remain the exclusive property of the Company and shall not be shared under any circumstances whatsoever without the express prior written consent of Company. If the Applicant breaches or threatens to breach this Agreement, the Company shall be entitled to obtain injunctive relief containing such mandatory or prohibitor clauses as are necessary to prevent the continued breach of this covenant of confidentiality. The Company shall also be entitled to other remedies provided under this contract or at law. If the Company elects to enforce this Paragraph through a court of law of appropriate jurisdiction, the Applicant shall be liable for payment of all court costs, attorney’s fees, and necessary expenditures, which the Company incurs. By signing hereunder, I acknowledge and accept the confidentiality agreement.

Your Process May Be Stopped or Denied from The Agency:1. If you do not meet the necessary or minimum requirements.2. If you are dishonest on your application.3. We will only deal with the Applicant directly; no other person or party may request information or updates.4. Applicant is responsible for updating information on a regular basis.5. Arrogance, crude language, WhatsApp messages, WhatsApp calls will not be tolerated, please email us.6. We will not accept any queries or communication or requests unfulfilled by third parties such as the U.S. Consulate or DHL. Each applicant must follow up or dispute his/her own application or process with these parties directly.7. Should you be denied by the consulate or the employer during the process, we will take no responsibility for this, you will have to go through the process again.8. U.S. Consulate fee is non-refundable, should you require assistance, make contact with them directly.9. No employer's information may be sent to other people agencies or shared on social media.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: You as the Applicant are not allowed to process your own visa application after you have completed the recruitment process with VPS Recruitment and you are short listed for a H2B non-immigrant position in the USA by any means. IF you ignore this obligation we take no further responsibility or assist you in any way with the possible visa refusals and unforseen situations with the US Consulate. This will lead to dismissal for future recruitment positions on our database.
