Booking fees are non refundable, we are happy to move the date and use the booking fee to secure the new date (once only). If you need to cancel for any reason, the booking fee is non refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of the event we will require the full amount to be paid as it is short notice and we are unlikely to fill this space.
At Paint Pops we are passionate about using the best reputable brands, all of the paints and glitter we use are regulated by the FDA & EU. While rare, allergies and reactions can occur. Paint Pops cannot be held liable for any adverse reaction. We are unable to paint children who appear to be unwell or appear to have cold sores, conjunctivitis, rashes, head lice, broken skin or any other contagious conditions.
Paint can be removed from skin with mild soap and warm water. If any colour remains don't scrub, use an oily product on a soft cloth. Baby wipes aren't recommended. The paints may stain clothes, paint pops is not liable for this. Glitter should be wiped away from the eye, not towards.
Under 3's cannot be painted as per paint manufacturers guidelines, to go against this would void our liability insurance.
If an event is scheduled outdoors and it is forecasted rain on the day of the event, shelter must be provided.
We may take photographs of our work at the event & use these images for promoting our business. If anyone would not like these pictures used please contact us and we will remove them.
