Fill out the form below if you're interested in being a Holiday Vendor at Festival of Trees 2023. This information will be used on our website and event marketing. Please complete this entire questionnaire with as much detail as possible.Past attendance does NOT guarantee an acceptance for 2023. We reserve the right to refuse any application.

We will only be accepting applications for artisan vendors, crafters, outdoor food trucks, indoor pre-prepared treats, and community resources. Holiday themed crafts and gifts are encouraged for booths, but not required. No applications will be accepted from MLMs.

Selected vendors will receive an acceptance email and email invoice for their booth. Once an application is accepted, donations are non-refundable under any circumstance. Applicants will be notified of acceptance on or before Saturday, October 21st, 2023.
