Not all maintenance requests require your presence, however, for certain items such as refrigerators, dressers, or other items used on a daily basis, it may be best for you to be present as university staff will not remove personal contents. If you feel that you should be present to remove items for maintenace to be done, please enter your availability. Keep in mind that the availability you list must be between Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Please make sure there item you need repaired is free from personal property and accessible for staff to reach and work on.
Please note, maintenance staff may enter rooms for emergencies without warning.
If you wish, you may ask to see the work order the Facilities Staff were issued in regards to your repair.
The format for availability is as follows:
Day, Range of Time
For Example:
Monday, 10 A.M. - 1 P.M.
Thursday, 1 P.M. - 2 P.M.
