Please remember we are not here to judge. At Lobos services we understand how tough it is when life gets ahead of us! This is why we'll be there to help get things back on track!

-You will be asked to send in pictures of area to be worked and it will be determined what kind of service will work best to serve you.

-A schedule will be set up with you to work around your hours. Staff member will notify you 30 minutes before arrival. Staff member will notify you of time they begin, break, and completion time. Staff member will notify you of any changes before changes are made. If staff member feels the job will take longer than the allotted time they will notify client before they continue. Stop time will be noted.

-Dorms-All residents will need to give written permission for their dorm to be serviced. A resident will need to be present during the entire cleaning. Staff member must be escorted by resident to enter the dorms and to exit.

Please note any extra service you may need and if you’ll need Bi-Weekly service.

Move outs are charged by the hour.
$15 an hour for normal cleaning.
$20 an hour Heavy cleaning

Laundry Service

Monthly-$100 Includes pick-up, Delivery, Washing, Drying, Folding, Hanging. Ironing-$5 per item includes starch. Pick ups once a week

Meal Preps-$6.50 per meal $10 per 3 course meal

Please note that by signing this form it will be considered a contract between Client and Lobos services. You will be authorizing charges for monthly services and/or one time services and any extras incurred during the service IE: past hour/hours unforeseen costs etc. You will be sent an Invoice, receipt and/or itemized statement. Lobo’s services is not to be held liable for any unforeseen loss or damages. Please Note- A physical contract will be given at first meeting with staff member if you do not wish to sign this E-form. But E-Form signature by parent is required as well as physical contract signature from student.Signature
