The San Juan Capistrano Treatment Plant Tour & Ribbon Cutting begins at 10:30 AM. There is NO PARKING. A roundtrip bus will be offered from Hennessey's in San Juan Capistrano; departing at 10 AM. A tour will be offered immediately after the ribbon cutting. The bus will leave for its return trip to Hennessey's at 11:30 AM. Space is limited.
