At PuppyLove Poodles we want to connect you with the puppy of your dreams. This contract is to reserve a current/future puppy with PuppyLove Poodles (PLP). As the buyer, listed below, a $500 non-refundable, transferrable deposit will hold the puppy, described below, and be applied toward the balance. The balance is due on or before the puppy turns 8 weeks old. If the buyer does not want a puppy from the litter in question, the deposit will be moved to the next litter. If the buyer declines an available puppy fitting the description below on 3 consecutive litters, the deposit is forfeited. From time to time we want to keep a puppy from a litter. First pick puppy is reserved for PLP and will be finalized at 8 weeks, after vet exams and temperament tests have been performed.
When the puppy is 8 weeks old the buyer should have arrangements made to pick up or have the puppy transported. If the selected puppy is ill or should happen to pass away within the first 8 weeks of life the deposit will be transferred to a future litter if there is not another puppy in the liter which meets the buyers criteria. Once a puppy has been reserved by the buyer it will be labeled as “reserved” and not be available to the public. When a litter is born PLP has the right to observe the puppies for 1 week to select a potential keeper puppy. Once puppies are evaluated at 8 weeks of age and selections have been made by PLP, any puppy not selected by PLP will be available to buyers ACCORDING TO THE ORDER DEPOSITS WERE MADE. A waitlist will be displayed on puppylovepoodles.com with the a current waitlist. Once this form is submitted and a deposit is received the buyers name will be placed on the waitlist. Choices will be offered according to position on the waitlist.
Once a litter is born, PLP will communicate the announcement of the litter to the buyer by phone and email. If the buyer fails to communicate with PLP within 72 hours, the puppy selection will skip to the next person on the waitlist. If the buyer fails to respond to 3 consecutive attempts to communicate the deposit will be forfeited. PLP reserves the right to refuse a puppy when it is necessary for the health and welfare of the puppy.
