Commission Project Policy

Time: Depending on the size and complexity of your project, you should allow at least 4-8 weeks for completion. (Including shipping time)

Cost: Each piece is different, so based on the details you submit, we will do some research and get back to you with a total price for your project. We require a deposit before we begin work. We also expect payment in full before the commission piece is shipped to you.

Deposit: We charge at least 50% of the total price to be paid before work begins as a deposit. Deposits are not refundable, even if you choose to cancel your order!

Once you approve the project and the price, we will email you an invoice for your 50% deposit. We will not start on your project until this has been paid. You have three business days to submit payment for your deposit. If payment is not submitted, the project will be scrapped, and you will have to reapply.
