All vendor applications are juried and reviewed. This is first come, first serve basis and booths are assigned in the order received. Up to three vendors of any craft or product will be accepted but we reserve the right to expand that if the product's uniqueness allows additional. Handmade items are preferred and will be given priority consideration. No refunds will be given for cancellation after September 20, 2024.
Vendors are required to provide their own table, table coverings, display materials and extension cords. We have tables for rent, please mark on the application if you need a rectangle or round table.
Check-in begins at 7:30 AM on day of event. Booths must be completely set up prior to event opening at 9:00 AM. Displays may be dismantled after 3:00 PM. Vendors must maintain their booths until 3:00 PM and are responsible to be cleared of the premises by 4:30 PM. The designated parking area for vendors is behind the church and by the daycare.
Vendors are responsible for their cash transactions, change and taxes.
This is an indoor and outdoor event open to public at Benton Methodist Church in the Family Life Center and church parking lot. Outdoor vendors will have to supply their own shelters and tables. The bazaar is open to the public and free to attend.
Breakfast and concessions will be available, along with a bake sale for purchase.
Proceeds from this event will benefit missions selected by the members of Women in Faith at Benton Methodist Church.
No smoking or alcohol allowed on church property, and we reserve the right to refuse exhibition of any materials which are inappropriate to a church event.
No flea market or used items are permitted except for vintage or antiques.
Children in booths must be supervised.
Please provide pictures of your craft or product. If you have shirts, hats, signs, or anything with verbiage, please make sure they are appropriate at a church event or it will have to be removed from the booth. Photos can be sent with subject line "VENDOR PHOTOS" to rachel.stoneman@bentonumc.org. These photos can be used for advertising.
Please consider providing one of your crafts as a door prize.
