St. Mary Family Formation Registration 2023-2024

Welcome to 2023-2024 Family Formation and Sacramental Prep!

All families with children in Kindergarten through Grade 5 as of September 2023 are invited to register for Family Faith Formation.

Family Faith Formation for children in grades K-5 will be held once each month - 4pm on Sunday at St. Michael’s (Exeter) and 5:30pm on Monday at St. Mary’s (Newmarket).

Sacrament Preparation for 2nd and 3rd graders will be held on a second session each month - 4pm on Sunday at St. Michael’s (Exeter) and 5:30pm on Monday at St. Mary’s (Newmarket). This is in addition to the Family Faith Formation sessions.

Please Note: We hope this form is an easy way for you to submit your info and fees for Family Faith Formation ($175 per family) and Sacramental Prep ($50-$75 per child, per sacrament). This form will only accept payment in full via Credit Card. If you must pay by cash, check, or installments, please email Susan (religioused@stmnh.org) to make arrangements.

Program Cost Details

There is a $175 fee per family for Family Formation. There is a $50-75 fee per child for Sacramental Prep. Please pay now in full by credit card.
