Our wrapping options are both filmed wrapped air tight and than either freezer papered or vacuum sealed.
Our Pricing is based on the Carcass/Hangweight brought in at time of drop off.
Freezer Paper: Processed Cuts: $2.20/lb.
All Ground: $2.40/lb
Vacuum Sealed: Processed Cuts $2.60/ lb.
All Ground: $2.80/lb
PROCESSED CUT OPTIONS:
Any Cuts not selected will go into grind.

Keep in mind while makng choice that all sausage comes from your ground meat. It is mixed with either Pork or Bacon depending on recipe. YOu may choose under special instructions to sway for Beef Fat if you do no eat either Pork or Bacon.
There is also a 10 lb. minimum on per flavor on Fresh Sausage, Bratwurst, Summer Sausage & Snack Sticks.
There is a 5 lb. Minimum on all Jerky
Customer Agreement: By signing this form I blanks agree to the order I have placed all fees from this order. PICKUPS-I am aware that after 6 days of receiving the invoice my order needs to be picked up. if it is not freezer storage fees will be applied @ $20/day(freezer storage is at a premium)SHIPPING: Invoices must be paid at time of shipping. if they are not i understand storage fees of $20/day will be applied until next time of shipping ( even with paid invoice)
