Times: Check in for vendors will be NOVEMBER 19th will be starting at 12:00 PM.
Please agree to be on site NO later than 1:00 PM on warehouse sale day. If not on site by 1:00 we do not guarantee your space to set up.
YOU MUST BE READY TO SELL PRODUCTS AT 2 PM.

The event will be well marked. Parking for load in will be alongside the event building. I will park my car and find my space before unloading my vehicle and using the loading zones. I will move my car away from the loading zones prior to setting up my booth. On warehouse sale day, I will park in the designated parking area. WE ARE A COMMERCIAL AREA - YOU WILL HAVE TO PARK IN ANOTHER AREA AND WALK BACK TO OUR BUILDING SO WE HAVE PARKING FOR SHOPPERS.
Selling: You are responsible for all transactions at your booth. Wild Rich Kids is not responsible for any disputes or issues with any exchange of money for product(s). You are responsible for making sure you have all the correct permits/licensing. Your booth is YOUR own responsibility and you are expected to manage all cash/credit transactions. Please secure all cash and do not leave your booth unattended if you’re concerned about losing any product. Wild Rich Kids is simply providing a space for selling and it is the vendor’s responsibility to create and conduct a professional sales environment and securing merchandise and cash.
Booth space: Each booth space provided will be marked off. You will be shown your booth space upon arrival. We do not provide tables and chairs. Vendors are responsible to bring their own tables, chairs, weights, canopy, cash, payment methods, power source, etc. Signage is encouraged. No indoor tents. Pop-up frames without the tent covers are okay. Portable walls, curtains, etc. are allowed to create a booth feel, but be considerate of your neighbor. You must stay within your allotted space. Please keep in mind this is a family friendly event. There is no early departure, please be prepared to stay the duration of the event. Make sure during takedown you are leaving your area in the condition it was when you arrived.
Personal conduct: Wild Rich Kids believes that we should come together to lift one another up and will not tolerate any derogatory remarks, arguments, profanity etc. If there is an issue, please find a wild rich kids staff member* Please be respectful of one another and create a positive atmosphere! We love ALL vendors and shoppers and we appreciate those with a happy, helpful attitude!
Food/Drinks/Smoking: Food and drinks are allowed in your booth. Hard Alcohol and smoking are not allowed on the premises. You may step off the property and find an appropriate place to smoke if needed.
Children: You’re welcome to bring your children to the event and have them in your booths. But vendors must monitor and supervise their children at all times during the warehouse sale. Set-up and take-down time can be an especially dangerous time for unattended children. Wild Rich Kids can not take responsibility for their safety or whereabouts, or for any damages/injuries, etc. they may cause or incur.
Marketing: While follower count does not matter, all Vendors must have an active, public social media account; IG or TikTok. Promtoting across your platform is mandatory. Getting the word out there to your family, friends, and clientele will help the overall success of the pop up. Let them know when and where!
Thank you for applying for our pop up. While we wish we could take everyone we will thoroughly look through each application and make our decisions fairly. Applications are NOT taken on a first come, first serve basis. Payment is due within 48hrs of receiving your acceptance email. Payment information will be included in your acceptance email. If payment isn't received within the 48hrs time frame your spot will be given to the next applicant - unless arrangements have been made.
I understand that Wild Rich Kids reserves the right to limit or discontinue the participation of a vendor at any time. Wild Rich Kids also reserves the right to cancel the event at any time for any reason. Refunds will be given for booth space ONLY if the event cancels and we are unable to reschedule, per this contract.
I understand that I am responsible for adhering and keeping up to date with all relevant government regulations, tax requirements, health codes, licenses, etc.
I agree to give Wild Rich Kids permission to use my photos, depiction of my products, and my image for market promotional purposes only.
I release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Wild Rich Kids, on site volunteers of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or in equity from any loss or damage to property or persons of the undersigned while participating in or with Wild Rich Kids, its agents, representatives, or employees. I also consent to enforcement of all Wild Rich Kids Warehouse sale rules as outlined on this document.
I, the undersigned, have carefully read and understood the Vendor Guidelines and Application Form as outlined above.
I also understand that being given the chance to be a vendor at the Wild Rich Kids Warehouse sale is a privilege and not a right. The Wild Rich Kids Warehouse itself or this vendor contract can be terminated, dissolved, or discontinued at any time without notice
