I agree that the travel design process will begin after the non-refundable planning fee has been successfully processed. 3. I acknowledge that the travel design team will work to create a tailored travel itinerary based on the information provided, and any changes or additional requests may affect the final package price. 4. I understand that the final package price may be adjusted to include additional services, upgrades, or changes to the itinerary. 5. I acknowledge that once the travel design process is initiated, any cancellations or changes in destination(s) to the tour package may result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable planning fee. 6. I agree to communicate my preferences, requirements, and any changes within 1-2 business days to ensure the accuracy of the travel itinerary and availability. I also agree that all bookings are subject to availability at the time of the booking deposit. I understand that Transformative Travel Design Contract cannot be used as a booking fee to secure a reservation. 7. I understand that the travel design team will provide the finalized itinerary for my review and approval before proceeding with any bookings and reservations. 8. I acknowledge that the package tour's terms and conditions will apply to the booking, and I am responsible for reviewing and adhering to these terms. This contract stipulates that payment terms are contingent upon availability during booking or upon the second deposit. Payment amounts and schedules may vary accordingly. Both parties agree to abide by these terms and acknowledge that changes in availability may impact payment requirements. This contract stipulates that all itineraries are bound by payment terms, contingent upon a timeline lasting seven (7) business days from the time your invoice is issued. Payment must be fulfilled within this period to ensure services.
