ROLE: The Media Buyer is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business.
This role involves conducting strategy and execution to meet pet brand sales, profit, and new customer targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Work as part of a cohesive growth marketing team towards a common goal, contributing to a competitive yet collaborative environment that maximizes the performance of the entire team. Strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets. Participate in lucrative incentive schemes and monetary benefits to encourage high performance.
Report important business health metrics to the department head, ensuring we hit our projections. Collaborate with the creative team and website team to hit our clients growth objectives.
Participate in media buying training and onboarding programs. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant media buying strategies.
Work with existing client success team with a focus on consistent, "white-glove" service and improving overall client experience.
RESULTS: Regular reports ensuring more than 30% of your clients are above minimum Blended MER and nCAC goals.
We are highly incentivized to increase ad spend because it would mean we are above our clients profit, contribution margin, and cash flow goals.
Average client retention is 11 months or longer. Churn is 5% or less.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce media buying. Skilled in Direct Response Copywriting.
Minimum of $10k/mo in ad spend history.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency with FB ads Manager and data analysis tools.
Strong understanding of eCommerce strategies. Experience in using digital marketing tools, including social media platforms. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
HOURS: 9-5PM Eastern Standard Time Zone (Flexibility Offered)
