Why did you start your business?
Example for Etsy-makers: After searching far and wide for a cultural bracelet that reminded me of the ones my grandma used to make, I couldn't find anything similar, so I decided to make my own! A few friends bought some in bulk for favors for some of their family parties. This made me realize how important it was for others to feel included when looking for cultural jewelry - thus my small maker-business was born!
What are the overall goals of your business?
Example for landscaping company: To increase my clientele within the current neighborhoods I serve and expand my business to at least 6 new neighborhoods - we are looking to do this by ramping up our in-person marketing strategy by hanging door tags, passing along business cards, revamping our website, and having brochures created
Where are you currently & what goals do you want to accomplish within your business within the next year?
Example for a healthy snacks company: We are currently in 50 stores in our state and we would like to expand to 150 stores within the next 6 months and are looking to be in 300 stores within the year, we are also looking to expand our online social presence and build out our marketing plan

Quick example for a monthly toddler/baby toy subscription box: Busy parents in their 30's with solid careers who search educational toys/activities/books for babies/toddlers; making an average of 80-100k per year, living in large city areas
Why have you decided to begin your branding journey now?
Example for hair stylist: I've been doing hair in a local hair salon for the last 10 years and I'm ready to open my own studio, so I need all of the essentials to get my business up and running
What's holding you back from building the business you want? What are your biggest challenges?
Example for T-shirt company: I have designs and I'm selling a lot of them, but people are typically remembering the design on the shirt rather than the brand, my goal is to be more like Nike

Keep in mind that it takes a good investment to bring in an even better return. On top of the investment for branding, we may recommend third party services such as brand photography, copywriters, etc.

A color palette is a set of colors that will move across your brand to create a cohesive look. (Example: your website, business cards, promotional deck, social media grid, business pages, etc.) Please keep in mind that these colors may need to be modified based on your industry needs
Do you have any links to websites that you'd like yours to resemble?
Please note, we are unable to directly copy any site design you send us, instead, we will use your link as inspiration to guide us when creating yours
What sections would you like your site to have?
Example sections: welcome header, featured in the media, meet the team, contact us, reviews, etc.
Do you have copy (verbiage) that we can easily drag and drop into your site or will you require our services to provide copywriting for you?
copy is all of the verbiage that will be used on your site to fill in each of the sections you mentioned above
How many pages would you like your site to have?
Please keep in mind, we include up to 5 in our custom package and 10 (including a store) in our comprehensive package
Do you have professional photos that we may use on your site? (must be high quality & you must have the rights to these images)
