    Applicants are required to have:

    • A bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
    • 5 years of professional experience
    • The ability to do graduate-level academic work
    • A strong commitment to developing and fulfilling their professional potential

    Complete this application, including the following materials, which you will either upload or type in the provided boxes. Please have these materials ready before filling out the application, as you will not be able to save and continue this application at a later time. A completed application includes:

    • This completed form
    • Professional resume
    • Statement of purpose:  Complete a short statement of purpose that tells why you want to participate in the program, how the program will help you fulfill your goals, and what you will bring to share with your fellow participants in the program. The essay must be clear, concise, organized, and well-written. Maximum length: 600 words.  
    • Application fee: The $50 nonrefundable application fee is waived for applications received before the preferred admission deadline (November 1, 2023). 

    This application will be reviewed by an Admissions Committee including faculty. Applicants will be informed if they are invited to schedule an Admissions Interview via Zoom with a member of our senior faculty. Applicants will receive an admission decision by email, generally within 15 business days after the interview. Cohorts are limited to 20 participants.


    Cost

    The total cost of the program is $2,500. This includes your Leadership Assessment and Professional Coaching sessions. It does not include travel or accommodations for in-person seminars, when applicable. Payment in full is due within 2 weeks of acceptance, in order to reserve your space in the cohort.
