• Personal Items Not in the School Supplies Kit: Please provide all of these required personal items (not included in the bundle):

  • Sturdy, closed-toed shoes for outdoors

  • Large school backpack (NO wheels)

  • Rain boots for wet weather

  • Hard-soled slippers/socks to wear inside the Field Site tents

  • Change of clothing, especially socks (full change of clothing in a labeled plastic bag for K-2)

  • Winter gear – warm coat, mittens or gloves, winter hat, snow pants, and snow boots (NOT rain boots for winter)

  • Insulated lunch box or bag

  • PLEASE CLEARLY LABEL ALL YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS

• To pay via cash or check, please contact the school office.
• Toggle the arrow at right to view/hide categories.
• Check the appropriate box(es) along the left for the item(s) that apply, then select the quantity (number of students).
• The full annual field trip cost is $160.00 per student. You may break this up into four quarterly payments, or pay the full amount all at once. This annual field trip cost does not include the ski trip or overnight field trips.
• THANK YOU for donating to the scholarship fund!
• If you need to receive a scholarship, please complete the Application for Educational Benefits 2023-24. 
• The subtotal includes credit card processing of $0.50 per transaction. Processing Fee reflects additional 4.5% credit card fee, which shows up as "tax" on your receipt.
