Showing Request Form Instructions (for Home Purchase)

1. THIS REQUEST IS TO BE COMPLETED BY A LICENSED SALESPERSON/BROKER ONLY. For the safety of our staff, we only accept showing requests from licensed real estate salespersons and brokers. If you are a prospective buyer in need of an agent to represent you, we may refer one to you; please message us to receive a referral. You are not required to use our referred agent to submit a purchase offer, you may choose any agent to represent you. Referred agents may not be licensed by EVERCREST D&M and we make no guarantees, presentations, and/or promises concerning the service referred agents provide.

2. We require your prospective Buyer's financing Pre-Approval Letter prior to showing, you will be asked to upload this document in this request form.

3. Our listed homes may still be occupied by a tenant, please do not advise your client to visit a home without a scheduled showing. If you or your client violate our tenant's right-to-privacy, you will not be granted a showing and your client's purchase offer may be automatically rejected.

4. If you are granted a showing, you must accompany your client to the showing; our staff will not show a home if your client is unaccompanied.
