Chroma Culture policies: We understand emergencies happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule. We kindly ask that you give a MINIMUM of 48 hours for any changes. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled services. Running late? Beyond 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to 100% of the scheduled services. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without throwing off the rest of scheduled clients later in the day, unless you are willing to forfeit part of your services (if applicable).
