    Adding a new family member is a big commitment. Each of our puppies is part of our family, and this application process helps us ensure we are finding the absolute best homes for every one of them. There are no right or wrong answers; your honesty helps us best match you to the right puppy. The information contained in this application is used only for the purpose of placing a puppy and will not be used elsewhere. A deposit to secure your spot on our list will be collected if/after your application is approved, and will be deducted off the total price of the puppy. Deposits are non-refundable, but ARE permitted to be used towards a future litter if approved by Sweet Creek Kennel.
