Vendors will begin entering the Beale Street Downtown District at the corner of 4th Ave. and Beale Street. They will make their way down Beale Street, setting up their booths and displays as they go. Vendors should use the parking areas around Beale Street to park their vehicles while setting up their booths. For those vendors who need access to a restroom, portable restrooms will be located inside Handy Park. After vendors have finished setting up, they can move their vehicles to a different parking area. This will ensure that Beale Street remains accessible to pedestrians and other vendors. By following these instructions, vendors can be sure that their setup process is smooth and efficient.
Vendors loading in must unload their vehicle and immediately move their vehicle from the event area. Vehicles must not impede the flow of traffic or the designated fire lane. After unloading your goods, be sure to immediately move your vehicle. Once you have unloaded your goods, please be sure to move them to your designated vendor space. Do not leave your goods on the sidewalk.
Please be aware that due to foot traffic on Beale Street on Saturday night, vehicles will not be allowed to enter the street for load out per City of Memphis (Beale Street Management Rules).
However, Golf carts will be available to assist vendors with transporting their belongings to and from their vehicles. Please be sure to take advantage of this service. Also for our convenience, portable restrooms will be located inside Handy Park. In addition, vendors are asked to help keep the event area clean and orderly.
