  • How about any new drivers?
  • How are your vehicles titled?
  • Have you acquired any new Business Personal Property lately?
  • Have you acquired any new equipment that should be added to the policy?
  • Do you have any companies that have financed your new vehicles or equipment that we should add as Loss Payee?
  • Have you moved to or acquired a new location?
  • Are you planning on making a significant change in the business such as adding services that you do not currently offer?
  • We highly recommend carrying coverage for network and privacy liability.  Is this a coverage you are interested in adding if you do not already have it?
  • Cyber and privacy policies cover a business's liability for a data breach in which the firm's customers' personal information, such as Social Security or credit card numbers, is exposed or stolen by a hacker or other criminal who has gained access to the firm's electronic network. The policies cover a variety of expenses associated with data breaches, including notification costs, credit monitoring, costs to defend claims by state regulators, fines and penalties, and loss resulting from identity theft.

  • We highly recommend employment practices liability if you have employees. Is this a coverage you would be interested in?
  • The most frequent types of claims covered under such policies include: wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation. In addition, the policies cover claims from a variety of other types of inappropriate workplace conduct, including (but not limited to) employment-related: defamation, invasion of privacy, failure to promote, deprivation of a career opportunity, and negligent evaluation.

  • Are you interested in rounding out your coverages if you do not already carry an umbrella policy to further protect your business?
  • It generally is written to provide excess coverage over various primary liability policies, such as the business auto policy, commercial general liability policy, watercraft and aircraft liability policies, and employers liability coverage.

  • Are there any questions or concerns about your current policy and would like to discuss with your agent prior to the next renewal?
