IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This form is for exhibitor staff only. Your company is eligible to receive two free staff badges per 10’ x 10’ booth space (100 sq. ft.).
- Cancellation request for badges after November 3 will result in loss of refund.
- Customers or guests should NOT be registered with this form in order to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the exhibit hall with exhibitor badges during non-show hours.
