KidCare Mission:

To create a safe, inviting, and friendly environment for children while parents and guardians participate in classes and events at Discovery Church.
REQUIREMENTS FOR KIDCARE TEAM
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- All applicants must complete a KidCare application.
- All applicants must provide references.
- All applicants 18 years and older will be required to complete a background check.
- If hired, all KidCare Team members will be required to complete initial training prior first scheduled shift.

Applicant's Statement

I waive any right that I may have to inspect any information provided about me by any person or organization identified by me in this application.

I also understand that this application is not an employment form. This application is being used to help the church provide a safe and secure environment for those children and youth who participate in Discovery Church events, programs and facility use.

Should my application be accepted, I agree to refrain from unscriptural conduct in the performance of my services on behalf of Discovery Church.
