If the market manager receives no indication from the vendor by that time, it will be assumed you do not intend to participate and you will not be allocated a space. If an emergency requires you to cancel you must notify the market manager immediately via phone, text or email. No-shows are very disruptive to the market and disappointing to our customers.
Setup/Cleanup
Set up must be completed by 8:30 with all vehicles removed by 8:15. Available market parking is reserved for customers-vendors may park at the park, police station, Banita Creek Hall or Appraisal District lot. Please be respectful of market flow and other vendors. The market manager may ask you to move your vehicle at any time.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning their spaces each market day. Trash goes into the dumpster. Do not dump waste water of any kind into the storm drains, landscaping or any other area on or around Main and Pearl Streets. All items must be removed from the site after each market day, as we do not have sufficient storage space for all our vendors.
