I hereby release my rights, title and interest in and to the original art described, including, without limitation, the copyright therein and/or the right to federally register the copyright therein, and any and all renewals and extensions of any such copyright any country in the world.
I hereby affirm that I am the sole owner of said art, it is my original work, that it has never been published, and that I have no contractual or other arrangements which would interfere with or prevent the above-mentioned assignment or transfer of all my right, title and interest in said material.
