Bradley Spratt in association with The Ripcord and staff are proud to announce the 2023 Mr. Prime Choice Texas contest. 

 

Rules and Requirements:

• Contestants must be 35 years of age or older. In order to verify this eligibility, you are required to upload with your application, a copy of your government issued photo identification (driver’s license, state ID, or passport). 
• Contestants must identify as male
• The Contest winner is encouraged to attend other leather events and fundraisers.
• The Contest winner is strongly encouraged to compete in International Mr. Leather.
• The Contest winner is expected to conduct himself as a positive role model to the community. Behavior or Actions that reflect poorly on the contest winner or the Ripcord could result in forfeiture of the Title. All decisions final per the producer.
• The contest winner is expected to attend the following year’s Mr. Prime Choice contest to perform his “Step down” duties.
• Prime Choice Contestants are required to provide all information requested on this application. You won’t qualify for the contest until all information and payment have been received.
• You will be required to sign and date your Contestant Agreement and Contestant Photo Release form, stating that you will appear at all official Prime Choice events. Failure to appear as scheduled may result in disqualification.
• An entry fee of $50.00 must be paid to Ripcord Bar Cashapp: $ripcordbar along with completed application. If paying by cash, please contact Robert Conn at rnbear@gmail.com, via email for more information.
• Contestant Applications must be received no later than Sept 24, 2023.
• Prime Choice reserves the right to remove any Contestant from the competition at any time, and for any cause. 

 

 Tentative Schedule of contest activities:

• Meet and Greet of contestants and judges (at Ripcord)
  • September 29, 2023, 9:30pm
• Personal Interviews (at Montrose Center)                         
  • September 30, 2023, 1:30pm
• Contest  (at Ripcord)                                                
  • September 30, 2023, 9:30pm

 

All contestants are required to arrive at location no later than 30 minutes prior to each scheduled contest activity.

 

Application Due by midnight September 24, 2023

Disclaimer and Release

In consideration of this contest entry to the owner (Bradley Spratt) of the contest (Mr. Prime Choice), I wave and release its owner and producer from any and all demands, actions and claims of injury or damage to my person, property, reputation, cost, expense, attorney fees, or penalties that may arise either now or in the future in connection with my appearance in the Mr. Prime Choice contest. I hereby grant permission to use my stage/scene name with any and all publicity related to Mr. Prime Choice contest.

I, the undersigned, hereby grant the owner (Bradley Spratt) of Mr. Prime Choice the exclusive rights and permission to own, print, reprint, any and all photos taken of me and my likeness during this contest or regional, or international contests associated with my participation in said contest.

Photos may be used exclusively in advertisements or promotion of the contest. I further understand that I will not be compensated for these photos. 

The title winner of Mr. Prime Choice will receive:

• A medalion
• A current year title patch
• A limited title year travel fund will be available by refund request upon proof of expenses

Mr. Prime Choice is a feeder contest to International Mr. Leather (IML)

I certify that:

• All the information I have supplied on this application is true and correct.
• I will be 38 years of age or older on the date of the contest.
• I meet all the qualifications specified in the attached contest requirements statement.
• I agree to endeavor to meet all the expectations of the contest in the attached statement should I win.
• I have read and understand the release form in its entirety before signing.
• I have attached a photocopy of my driver’s license/ID showing my age and address to be used for identification purposes only and will not be published.
