    This is a form for making the booking process easier. Please read through this info about booking. Before filling out form please have a look at the type of work and style of tattoo I do to make sure I am the right artist for you.


    Sam closes his books if he's booked too far into the future. Please check his instagram/Facebook bio and posts for updates on whether they are open or closed. If they are closed, booking forms will be replied to when they open, this may be a number of months.

    An £80 non refundable booking fee is required to book an appointment, this will secure your appointment, this can be paid through bank transfer, please do not fill this form out if you are not prepared to pay a deposit. If you book multiple appointments at the time of booking, the deposit will come off the final appointment. It's recommended that you book multiple sessions if your wanting to do sleeves or bigger projects to avoid long waiting times.

    Priority booking will go to:

    -Themes within my interest

    -Realism

    -Horror

    -Portraits

    -Artists choice, meaning you give me complete control and free reign of design and what you get, I usually have these types of designs pre done. (you are more likely to get an appointment with this kind of work), if you have very specific ideas of style/subject and placement, this will not count as free reign. I will probably ask you a few more questions once this form is filled out to confirm you understand what this option means.

    Discounts are sometimes given for some of this kind of work.

    *Please note I'm currently not taking on tattoo cover ups or reworks of older tattoos at the moment and I mainly do day sits*

    Pricing-

    Half day sit- £250

    Full day sit- £450

    Double day sit on free reign designs- £550

    *if you already are an existing client you will know your day sit rate*

    I'm based in Ballymena, and the days I work are Tuesday to Sunday, 10 to 5, although those are flexible depending on the circumstances. Please be aware weekends book so much more further in advance so if you can come through the week you are more likely to get a closer appointment.
