New Mexico Tech Community Garden

I acknowledge that I wish to participate in the NMT Community Garden at 1004 Leroy Place, Socorro NM 87801. I understand that certain risks are inherent in travel, gardening, and other activities in which I will participate in as a result of my involvement in this project, and I fully accept those risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, injury, disease or other threat of physical harm to myself and others and damage to or theft of personal property. I understand that there may be a great variety of other risks not known or reasonably foreseeable. I acknowledge that New Mexico Tech is not responsible for any harm that might occur. I understand and agree that New Mexico Tech does not provide insurance to cover expenses for damage to myself or my personal property and that New Mexico Tech strongly recommends that I carry my own health, medical and property insurance for purposes of potential losses related to this project. I fully release and discharge New Mexico Tech, its Regents, employees, officers, and agents from any and all injuries, damages and liability I may incur in connection with my participation in these activities. By signing below, I acknowledge the above waiver.
