NDIS Participants: To ensure streamlined support, please complete the following steps:
Booking and Payment:
- Sessions can be booked directly through my website under the NDIS option, with both 60- and 90-minute options available.
- My usual billing line item is 15_043_0128_1_3, under Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living. Please check your plan covers this line item.
- Please note that this line item includes non-face-to-face service provision and Short Notice Cancellations.
- Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
Confirmation and Reimbursement:
- Upon booking, you will receive an appointment confirmation along with a Zoom link for the session.
- A receipt will be sent afterward, which can be submitted to the NDIS via MyGov for reimbursement. Most reimbursements are processed within 1–2 days.
- If you prefer, I can also forward the receipt to your support coordinator or plan manager for them to arrange reimbursement however this may cause delays. Please provide their contact details in the relevant section above if applicable.
- Please note that no refunds are provided by Safe & Sound Counselling. You are able to have a credit applied ot your account for future sessions provided you have provided sufficient notice as per my Cancellation Policy outlined in my T&C.
