- The Party grants permission to Beauty in me Designz, LLC (Curl Catcher Expereience) to use their photographs, videos, and audio in Beauty in me Designz, LLC (Curl Catcher Expereince) publications, both print and digital forms, including the company's website, newsletters, emails, social media posts, videos, brochures, and advertisements.
- The Party consents to the use of their photographs by any third party (including any agency, client, publication or other organization or institution) in whole or in part, in all forms and media,for distribution to the general public for the purposes of publicity and promotion of Beauty in me Deisgnz, LLC (Curl Catcher Experience).
- In giving this consent, the Party releases Beauty in me Designz, LLC (Curl Catcher Experience) and all third parties from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right the Party may have in connection with any sale,reproduction or use of their photographs.
- The Party certifies that they are 21 years of age or older and or legal guardian of minor represented.
