    • Rules and Regulations for the rental of the Goshen squad building
    • Cost of the rental of the Squad building will be $200.00 which includes the use of the meeting room, kitchen and restrooms. The fee must be paid FIVE days before use of the building. Reservations must be made 30 days prior to your event.
    • Linda Arnold will contact you to collect payment and sign the contract.
    • DO NOT PUT TAPE ON THE WALLS OR ATTACH ANY OTHER ITEMS TO THE WALLS ALSO NO ATTACHMENTS TO THE CEILING OR CEILING FANS
    • Do not out any items in the commode except for toilet tissue, especially pampers, sanitary items and etc.
    • the above rented sections of the building must be cleaned after use. All trash must be removed from the trash cans and taken out to the dumpster at the back of the squad building or taken with you.
    • If the building is not cleaned after your use YOU WILL NOT be able to rent the building again.
    • Do not let anyone block the bay doors of the building due to squad to exit and entrance for squad calls.
    • If any decorations are put up outside the building they must be removed before you leave.
    • If tables and chairs are moved to accommodate your event the must be put back in the same location as when you entered the building. Please DO NOT slide tables across the floor.
    • The contract must be signed by the person who is responsible for the event.

     

    • Rules and regulations for rent the Goshen Carnival Grounds
    • Cost of rental for the carnival grounds will be $100 for use of the outside and a additional $100 for use of the concession stand if needed. A member will unlock the door for the concession stand restrooms prior to your use
    • Reservation to use the carnival grounds must be made thirty days prior to your event.
    • Contact Linda Arnold one week in advance of your event to pay for use of carnival grounds and facilities.
    • All trash must be cleaned up after use of grounds and taken with you when you leave. The concession stand must also be cleaned and trash removed if you used. If the grounds and facilities are not cleaned further use will be prohibited.
    • The restrooms must also be cleaned and trash removed from building after use. Only toilet tissue is to be put in the toilets all other items to be put in trash cans 
    • Please do not let vehicles park from the playground area toward the railroad tracks due to the location of wet area
