      • All Event and other add-on services must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your event date. If full payment is past due, late charge will be applied.

        We do prefer Digital Payments such As CashApp, Venmo & Zelle,Cash By Appointment...

        We also accept Credit/Debit Cards with a 4% processing fee. 

        We do charge tax. 

        Our Facility Contains*:

        7-long 6 ft tables | 2-Square 2x3 tables | 4- 60 IN Round tables

        60 folding chairs | Black Ladder | 2 Refridgerators 

        We Provide: Paper Towels, Trash bags, Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Cleaning Spray & Floor cleaner. Along with Brooms, Dustpans, A Mop & Mopbucket. 

        Replacement Costs:

        6ft Table: $65 per table | 60 In Round Table $165 Each

        Chairs: $25 Per Chair   | Square 2x3 TBD

        Loss Of Key* Read Terms & Conditions for charges

        Damages to Kitchen Equiptment or Contents in Building & Building Structure itself will vary case by case, could result in loss of deposit and/or Legal Action.

        *If Damages have occurred from a previous rental before yours, please note table and chair count may vary and many not be available due to availablity in stores. We will do our absolute best to keep the inventory count true to what is listed above.*

      • Please let us know of any specific needs you may have prior to the event. After contract is submitted, you will receive a detailed invoice. Once payment is received your date is secured. Our staff will meet you at the hall the day of the event for entry, Or you will get instructions the morning of on how to get in and get a key for locking up.
