Student Enrichment Grant Letter of Recommendation

The Krum ISD Education Foundation and its donors believe innovative and enrichment experiences can benefit our students. To this end, the Foundation developed the Student Enrichment Initiatives Program.
Guidelines

Cover Sheet

Please complete the cover sheet which includes identifying information. The cover sheet will not be included as a part of the actual selection process by the review committee.

This form is to be completed by a current or former teacher or counselor of the student. Letters from friends, relatives, or other students will not be accepted.

Upon completion, an email will be sent to the student alerting them that a letter of recommendation has been submitted. No additional information will be provided in that email.

Letter of Recommendation

Please complete the letter of recommendation section according to the directions.

Do not include any personal identifying information regarding the student as applications will be scored anonymously.

Inclusion of any identifiable information will lead to disqualification of student.

Review of proposals is anonymous.
