I, * , also known in the context of this document as 'Sub' or 'Submissive,' hereby consent for Fallon X, also known as 'Domme', to consider me her property and under her control. I swear to turn all personal, sexual, and financial decision-making powers over to her within irrefutable reason and within the guidelines of this contract for an unspecified period of time or until either party egregiously breaches the terms of this contract, nullifying it immediately.
Expectations
By signing this contract, I hereby agree to the terms expressed within:
1.) By completing and signing this contract, paying the $20 fee, and submitting this application to Fallon X, I intend that as an undisputably clear indication of my consent and my readiness to be claimed by her and subjected to whatever decisions she sees fit within the parameters of this agreement;
2.) I swear to complete the contract as it is intended prior to submission. I recognize that this will be viewed as my first task and completing it wrong will show an utter lack of respect for Fallon X. As such, my application will be destroyed, I will no longer be in consideration for claiming, and ultimately unable to reapply for thirty (30) days;
3.) If claimed by Fallon X, I swear that I will make myself available to her for no less than one (1) hour per seven (7) day week for a Skype session or phone call to discuss the relationship, expectations, and/or punishments;
4.) If receiving media (ie.: pictures, video, audio recordings, etc.) from Fallon X, I acknowledge that I do not have permission nor the rights to share that media with any other parties nor entities, online or in reality. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate destruction of this contract, immediate blocking across every available platform with no regard for the Unblocking Fee, and may result in legal action being taken.

Punishments
If I am, in any form, found in breach of this contract, I agree to the following punishments:
1.) First (1st) Violation: PROBATION - Thirty (30) day period in which all fees are higher, punishments are stricter, and rewards are harder to earn.
***Includes One Time $20 "Asshole" Fee.
2.) Second (2nd) Violation: PAROLE - One (1) year period in which all fees are doubled, punishments are stricter, and rewards are harder to earn.
***Includes Recurrent $50 Per Month "Repetitive Asshole" Fee Payment Plan or One Time $200 "Ultimate Asshole" Fee with Freedom of Parole.
3.) Third (3rd) Violation: EXPULSION - Upon a third violation, this contract will officially be considered null and void. Submissive will be blocked by Domme. If the offense falls under the "less serious violations" umbrella (Domme will specify prior to blocking), the Submissive may pay the Unblock Fee ($300) to establish contact with the Domme once more. In the event that the Domme agrees to continue an arrangement with the Submissive, a new contract must be established prior to active play.
