Teacher Order Form and License Agreement

Single License for School Use

This license grants use to one teacher in a classroom setting located in a public, private, or alternative school.

Sharing access with additional teachers and/or using the materials in non-school settings is prohibited.

If you wish to purchase licenses for multiple teachers, please complete a separate order form and license agreement for each teacher.

Signature and Purchase

Please read the following text closely.  

This purchase grants the licensee access to Street Law's Legal Life Skills Lesson Library. The curriculum materials are housed in Google Drive, and the licensee must have a Google account to gain access. Upon completion and review of this purchase, a link to the Library will be emailed to the provided email address within 1-2 business days.

Licensee acknowledges that Street Law, Inc. is not providing Licensee any training or support services under this Order Form or Agreement.

Licensee will pay Street Law, Inc. (Licensor) a one-time, non-refundable fee of $50 as consideration for the license granted herein. 

This Order Form is entered into on the Effective Date below between Street Law, Inc. and the Licensee. The Order Form incorporates and is governed by the Curriculum License Agreement. 

By completing this form and purchasing process, you agree that you have reviewed and accept the terms of the Curriculum License Agreement.
