President Toro welcomes the opportunity to attend and/or speak at events throughout the year, on and off campus. When possible, requests should be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event. In those instances when she is not able to attend or speak, she still appreciates learning about all the meaningful events that enrich the experience of students, faculty, and staff as we learn, live, and work at Central Connecticut State University and the surrounding communities.
