We provide catering service with Crossroads Convention Center Catering - are you interested in getting prices? (no outside food or beverages are allowed inside the convention. If renting outside area Food Trucks are able to be brought in with proper licenses, insurance and fees)

We hold the liquor license for all events inside and outside the convention center and do not allow any outside beer or liquor on site. Would you like to include a cash bar for your event?

We provide our own internal security staff & police officers and do not allow outside security companies on site for the convention center. How many security do you think you will need for your event? (we will discuss rates and can offer a idea based off your size of your event)

All events will require General Liability Insurance with Crossroads Convention Center & Crossroads Mall to be listed as an additional insured. Will you be able to provide this?

Depending on the type of event- It will require special permits and licenses and we will need copies provided 3 days before the event date, will you be able to provide? (we will be working with the City of OKC to verify all required.

We require a 50% deposit when booking an event date are you prepared to pay your deposit today? *deposits must be paid prior to any advertising of the venue name.
