'Beauty In You' Community Awards Ceremony
The "Beauty In You Community" Awards Ceremony is a distinguished event designed to recognize and honor women of all ages who are making exceptional contributions to their community through acts of kindness, unity, and compassion. This ceremony celebrates individuals' positive impact on their community while highlighting the innate beauty that emerges when serving others.

Awards and Benefits

Elegant Recognition: Each award recipient will be honored with a beautifully crafted plaque, a tangible symbol of their extraordinary achievements.

Gala Invitation: Recipients will be esteemed guests at our year-end gala, where they will be publicly celebrated for their accomplishments, receiving one complimentary ticket. Additional guests are welcome to attend with the purchase of a ticket.

Day of Beauty Experience: In gratitude for their contributions, award recipients will be treated to a special “Day of Beauty,” offering a curated selection of pampering and self-care experiences.

Professional Photo Shoot: Their inspiring stories and impact will be immortalized through a professional photo shoot, with each recipient gracing the cover of our digital magazine, forever capturing the essence of their community contributions.

Categories of Recognition

Kindness Award: Honoring individuals who consistently spread kindness and goodwill in their community.

Unity Award: Recognizing those who unite people and foster unity among diverse groups.

Compassion Award: Celebrating individuals who demonstrate extraordinary empathy and compassion towards others.

To be eligible for nomination, the candidate should
- Be a woman or girl (all ages welcome) who resides within Prince Georges County or Washington, DC.
- Demonstrate outstanding contributions to the community through volunteerism whose acts of kindness and compassion have made a lasting impact on the lives of others.
- Inspire others to engage in volunteer service and make the community better.
- Self-nominations are not accepted
- All nominations must be submitted by the deadline of June 7, 2025
