All food vendors will require a City of Rockingham Food Trading Permit. Please see application details within our EOI. Vendors must only apply once council approval has been received.

All food vendors are required to offer at least one menu item priced at $15 or under to help provide a range of affordable options for patrons attending the event.
This may simply be a smaller serving size of an existing menu item.
All food vendors will also be required to submit their intended event menu and pricing for approval prior to the event.

All vendors are responsible for removing ALL rubbish at the end of trade, including food waste, packaging, cable offcuts and zip ties.
We operate on a strict no-footprint policy โ the site must be left exactly as found.
