1. Students are required to: a. Clean up after their horses in both the arena and barn upon completion of their lesson. b. Catch, groom, saddle, and bridle their horses when capable. c. Return their lesson horse to their pastures after unsaddling and grooming their horse. d. Properly return their tack and equipment to the correct location. 2. SEI approved helmets, boots and long pants are required for all students under the age of 18. Children not dressed appropriately will not be allowed

3. Parents are required to stay on the premises for all children under the age of 12. Parents who leave the premise, acknowledge that upon completion of the scheduled lesson, instructors and any affiliate of Wild Winds Ranch, LLC. Are not responsible for the care of your child. Children not picked up upon completion of the scheduled lesson will be unsupervised. Please be on time to pick up your child so that your tardiness does not interfere with another student's appointment. 4. Students are suggested to arrive 20-30 minutes ahead of their scheduled lesson to catch, groom, and tack their horses. Should these activities take students longer than normal, their lessons will still end at the normal time to allow for students to untack and put their horses away, and clean the facility. Lessons/Appointments are scheduled back-to-back, and the following lesson will start on the scheduled time. 5. Students will be assigned horses based on their skill level. As a student progresses, they will be challenged to continue to build their skills on

6. Packaged lessons are to be scheduled when purchased. Payment for lessons is to be received when scheduling. 7. NO SHOW POLICY - if you need to cancel a lesson, you must call the instructor at least 12 hours prior to the lesson. Failure to do so will result in

the deduction of one lesson from your package and/or you will be charged

8. Wild Winds Ranch, LLC., any trainers, or employees are not responsible for any injuries caused at the facility. Insurance Liability form must be filled out prior to lesson.

Barn and Arena Rules: The Horse Owner Agrees to follow and abide by any and all

rules set forth below. The Horse Owner is responsible for their guests to abide by these rules when on the premises. 1. No Running or shouting in barn 2. Shut off lights when done in arena. (Stall Barn Lights turn off automatically)

4. Close all doors when done using space (Bathroom, lounge, arena, tackroom) 5. Be Respectful of everyone else and their animals 6. No Dogs - unless approved by Katie or Jason 7. Help Each other - It takes a Village! 8. Helmets required if under 18 years of age. 9. Closed Toe Footwear Required at all times.

10. Be Courteous of others in the barn or arena.

11. Put anything you use back where you found it. 12. You are on Wild Winds Ranch Property at your own risk. 13. Have Fun, Be Safe, Be the Good.

I have read and understand the above lesson agreement. I agree to abide by and follow all Lesson and Barn rules of Wild Winds Ranch, LLC.

NOTICE OF INHERENT RISK OF LIVESTOCK ACTIVITIES AT WILD WINDS RANCH, LLC.,

This notice is to inform you and your invitees about the inherent risks of injury while engaged in horse related activities with Wild Winds Ranch, LLC., including the fact that horses can behave in unpredictable and dangerous ways that may result in death or injury to persons or property on or around them, such as kicking, pawing, rearing, falling, biting, bucking, and reacting to things like sound, sudden movement, unfamiliar objects, persons or other animals and natural hazards such as surface and subsurface conditions that can cause tripping, falling, and lameness. Horses are unpredictable and caution should be used in approaching, touching, handling, riding, and engaging in horse related activities at Wild Winds Ranch.

In consideration of being allowed to board, train, transport, stable, or otherwise obtain services from, participate or affiliate with Wild Winds Ranch, LLC in horse related activities, on or off the premises, the undersigned on his/her behalf and on behalf of any minor children, agrees to hold harmless, release and discharge Wild Winds Ranch, LLC its employees, instructors, agents, officers, representatives, assigns, affiliated organizations, contractors, insurers, Kathryn Yahnke, Jason Yahnke, Angie Olson, individually, and others acting on their/its behalf, ("Released Parties"), of and from any and all claims, demands, causes of action and legal liability, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, due to the Released Parties negligent acts or omissions; and I do further agree that except in the event of the Released Parties gross negligence and willful and wanton misconduct, the undersigned on his/her behalf, and on behalf of any minor children, shall not bring and claims, demands, legal actions and causes of action, against the Released Parties, for any economic and non-economic losses due to bodily injury, death, property damage, sustained by the undersigned or my minor child, and/or legal ward in relation to the premises and operation of Wild Winds Ranch, LLC., whether on or off the premises of Wild Winds Ranch, LLC. Notice: A person who is engaged for compensation in the rental of equines or equine equipment or tack or in the instruction of a person in the riding or driving of equine or in being a passenger upon an equine is not liable for the injury of death of a person involved in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, as defined in section 895.481 (1e) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
