Veterinary and Farrier Costs: All veterinary and farrier costs are the responsibility of
the horse owner. Current vaccinations, worming, and coggins are required to be
admitted and to remain at Wild Winds Ranch.
Emergency Care: Staff agree to contact owner should veterinary treatment be needed.
If the staff is unable to contact the owner, we are authorized to have emergency veterinary or farrier care required for the health and well-being of said horse. All costs are the responsibility of the horse owner. Wild Winds Ranch is authorized to act as the owner's agent, and to arrange direct billing to horse owner. Wild Winds Ranch shall assume that the horse owner desires surgical care if recommended by the veterinarian in the event of colic, or life-threatening events, unless the owner instructs otherwise.
Risk of Loss and Standard of Care: Wild Winds Ranch shall not be liable for any
sickness, disease, injury, theft, or death with may be suffered by the animal or any other cause of action while at the facility. The includes, but is not limited to any personal injury or disability to the owner while on the Wild Winds Ranch. Owner agrees to inform trainer of insurance carried on their horse, and agrees to disclose the policy number, and company's name and address.
Direct Loss to Personal Property Warning: Owner is warned that direct loss or damage,
theft, injury, or disappearance of owner's horses, tack, equipment, or other property is not the liability of Wild Winds Ranch or of the trainer.
Barn and Arena Rules: The Horse Owner Agrees to follow and abide by any and all
rules set forth below. The Horse Owner is responsible for their guests to abide by these rules when on the premises. 1. No Running or shouting in barn 2. Shut off lights when done in arena. (Stall Barn Lights turn off automatically)
4. Close all doors when done using space (Bathroom, lounge, arena, tackroom) 5. Be Respectful of everyone else and their animals 6. No Dogs - unless approved by Katie or Jason
