To ensure that a variety of products are offered at this event, we are no longer accepting vendors that sell the following items:
- Bakery & Sweets Items
- Sublimated Tumblers & Tshirts
- Freshies & Candles
- Permanent Jewelry
BUSINESS TYPES:
1. At this time, we are only accepting vendors with physical products. We do not allow booths for handing out information.
2. At this time, you do not have to have a special permit or license to set up.
3. If you are with a MLM or Direct Sales Company, we only accept one vendor per company. Please check the "Registered Vendor List" before registering.
Booth Fees are Non-Refundable. If you sign up for an event and cannot make it to the event date, it is your responsibility to contact us via email at shopsmallevents@outlook.com. In the event you cannot attend a date you signed up for, you can choose to transfer your booth fee to another event date within the same year. If this happens, you must email us BEFORE the date you will be missing to arrange an event transfer. Booth fees can only be transfered ONCE. No-shows without prior communication will not be considered for event transfers and will be banned from all future events.
SALES TAX: Vendors are required by the state of Kentucky to collect 6% sales tax with each sale. Each vendor will receive a letter from the Kentucky Department of Revenue with instructions on how to remit your sales tax collected. You are not required to have a sales tax permit, but you are required by Kentucky to collect and remit sales tax. Any questions regarding sales tax should be directed to the Kentucky Department of Revenue Owensboro Office. (270) 687-7301
BOOTH FEE:
Refunds will not be given on booth fees.

Meade County Fairgrounds
876 Hillcrest Dr, Brandenburg, KY
NO-SHOWS: If you register for the event and for some reason are not able to make it, you must give us notice before the start time of the event via email at shopsmallevents@outlook.com. Failure to give notice will result your business in being banned from all future events without refund.
SET UP DETAILS: This is mostly an indoor event with the exception of food vendors and mobile truck/trailer vendors. One 6' table and two chairs will be provided for you. If you'd need more tables/chairs please let us know the morning of the event. Canopy tents are not permitted indoors. Food trucks, mobile trailers, and outdoor vendors will be located outside in front of the venue.
OPERATING HOURS: The event starts at 10am EST. and ends at 3pm EST. Vendors may begin setting up at 7:30 am EST. Early set up is not permitted. Vendors must be set up by 9:50am. Late set up is not permitted.
ELECTRICITY:
We have limited electricic spots. Electric spots are an additional $5. Please check the electric spot on your application if you need electric.
PARKING:
After unloading your items, you may park in the designated parking lots at the fairgrounds.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PROPERTY: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
PROHIBITED PRODUCTS: This is a family friendly event. Products such as alcohol, drugs, or items of sexual nature are not permitted to be sold.
CLEAN UP: Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area. If you have large items such as boxes to throw away there is a dumpster at the back of the Farm Bureau Building.
Disrespect towards event staff, another vendor, or customers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any vendor from the event in response to such behavior.
ADVERTISEMENT FOR EVENT:
We invest a great amount of time and money into advertising for all events to ensure a great turnout for everyone attending. Radio advertising, Paid Facebook Ads, Organic Facebook marketing, and Signage throughout the community are all ways we advertise.
COMMUNICATION:
We will communicate with you through email and text message. Please check your email, especially the week before the event. If you have registered and do not see an email from us, please check your junk folder. If you still do not see an email, please contact us at shopsmallevents@outlook.com
