Core role
- Do the shift planning for the chat agents
- Complete oversight of chatting quality
- Align and uphold the strategy of the creator with chatters
- Review and record the work of chatters and share with individuals and teams Manage chatter targets
Support team
- Support and shadow new chatters during early shifts
- Support chatters during very busy times
- Manually bump new subs if chatters are too busy
Additional role
- Sext with new chatter applicants as the last stage of the hiring process
- Join management during training to test trainees on scripts
